An Inspirational Story About A Big Win With Smaller Teams

When I was a small kid, I used to bother my parents with questions about little people that live inside our TV. Back in the days, the old TVs were box-shaped, big, and heavy. So, in a way, my questions didn’t seem funny to me.

Little did I know that years later, I would get a chance to experience the same feeling of amazement and wonder.

When I joined a group of people who were part of the ResponseCRM team , I expected to meet an army of hard-working professionals. Instead, I was greeted by a handful of enthusiasts who have managed, with the guidance and assistance of others within the organization and its extended team, to help build, develop, and run a thriving business.

It’s a big deal to be a CODiE Finalist, especially in the Best eCommerce Conversion Solution category . I shared the excitement and joy with the ResponseCRM team. It didn’t even cross our minds to ask and wish for more. But, the American Business Awards® judges had already evaluated ResponseCRM’s achievements.

We were still celebrating the prestigious CODiE finalist nomination by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), when a Stevie Award® for an eCommerce Solution and Transaction-Based Pricing Model  grabbed the headlines.

It was one of those moments you could’ve seen only in the movies. I lost count of how many times I have watched the award-winning speech over and over again:

The best thing about these awards and success is that the people on that team at ResponseCRM didn’t let it go to their heads. I was looking at and talking to the same people from the beginning of my story.

They haven’t changed a bit, except for a sparkle in their eyes. We all know what it means. That’s a sign of more great things to come for ResponseCRM and its customers.
